Local Recovery Ambassadors

Robert was brought up in Fife and currently lives between Fife and London. He is the founder and Chairman of Renaissance Care which operates 16 care homes throughout Scotland, employing around 1,200 staff.

Prior to starting Renaissance, Robert founded Four Seasons Health Care in Fife, building it into the UK’s fifth largest care home operator, operating 101 care homes employing around 7,000 staff before he exited the business.

He has also co-founded numerous other businesses and in December 2018 he was appointed by Macmillan Cancer Support as their first ever Ambassador.
